HOW YOUR POSTURE IS ALL CONNECTED I see a lot of people that want to improve their posture, and one of the concepts that I speak a lot about is how the spine will adapt over time. Your body always want a to keep your 👀 eyes on the horizon. So if you develop an imbalance somewhere in your body, the spine will act as a righting mechanism. . In our picture above, we see a pelvis that is ⤵ lower on the left than the right. Left alone, the person's body would fall to the left and  topple over. So the spine bends back to the right to ⚖ center the weight, now leaving us with a low right shoulder. Finally the neck makes one final turn to right the head and the eyes. . So what is the takeaway?  You have to look deeper than the 😲 one glaring imbalance to make lasting change.
