HOW YOUR POSTURE IS ALL CONNECTED-Dr. Ashutosh sharma,PT

HOW YOUR POSTURE IS ALL CONNECTED

I see a lot of people that want to improve their posture, and one of the concepts that I speak a lot about is how the spine will adapt over time.

Your body always want a to keep your ЁЯСА eyes on the horizon. So if you develop an imbalance somewhere in your body, the spine will act as a righting mechanism.

.
In our picture above, we see a pelvis that is ⤵ lower on the left than the right. Left alone, the person's body would fall to the left and  topple over. So the spine bends back to the right to ⚖ center the weight, now leaving us with a low right shoulder. Finally the neck makes one final turn to right the head and the eyes.
.
So what is the takeaway?

You have to look deeper than the ЁЯШ▓ one glaring imbalance to make lasting change. If all you do is attack where it hurts or what looks off, you will most likely be left with that problem you can never seem to fix. S
o look deeper. ЁЯФО Where are your twists and turns? Because it's all connected.

YOUR FOOT IS RESPOSIBLE FOR THAT..

Shoulder Pain- Biceps Tendonitis Treatment

ЁЯФИ WHAT IS BICEPS TENDONITIS? The biceps muscle has two heads, simply named the long head and the short head. With biceps tendinitis, it’s usually the long head (which attaches to the top front of the shoulder) that gets injured. The long head tendon attaches to the shoulder joint capsule, and it is very near other important shoulder structures, such as your rotator cuff. When the biceps tendon has any kind of abnormal or excessive stress, it may get inflamed. This includes excessive tension (pulling), compression (pinching), or shearing. If this happens repetitively, your body’s ability to heal itself may lag compared to these stresses, and this can lead to pain and injury via inflammation and swelling. ✳ Risk Factors for Biceps Tendonitis: 1. Repetitive overhead movements. 2. Poor movement mechanics and posture. 3. Weakness in the rotator cuff. 4. Age-related changes. 5. Abrupt increase in upper body exercise routine. ✳ How Do You Know If You Have Biceps Tendonitis? Peopl...
